These Terms govern your use of the Gold Signal mobile application and the website at goldsignal.org (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Gold Signal provides market information only. It does not provide regulated financial services, personalized investment guidance, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. We do not place trades on your behalf and do not custody any funds.

2. Use at your own risk

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information shown in the Service.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that prices shown are accurate, complete, real-time, or suitable for any particular use.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Signal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or decompile the app; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers; resell access to the Service; or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the "Effective" date at the top of this page changes. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
